A vehicle taken by DBKL has to be claimed through their own process at the depot, and that part is out of our hands. But once it is released and it still will not start, we can tow it from the depot straight to your workshop or your house. WhatsApp us the depot location and where you want it sent, and we will arrange it.
It depends on the height clearance of that car park. WhatsApp us the building name, the parking level and the posted height limit if you can see it. We will match the right unit and method, including pulling the vehicle out to a level our truck can reach before it gets loaded.
We cover both. Cheras genuinely sits across the KL–Selangor border, but on our side it makes no difference — send a live location and whichever unit is closest to you moves, no matter which side of the line you are parked on.
Yes. Just give us the workshop name and location when you WhatsApp, and the vehicle goes directly there. If the workshop has already closed for the night, we can drop it at your house first and you settle the workshop in the morning.
